* Invoice Trigger — New workflow trigger based on invoice processing. Also if/else conditions to branch out based on invoice data.

* Introduced a more granular level of delay in case of appointment/event time.

Fixed

* Appointment title compilation in workflow SMS. Certain special characters like ‘ were getting converted to Unicode. Should be fixed now.
